OpenDMA Adaptors

Connect enterprise content systems to OpenDMA through production-ready commercial adaptors.

Enable unified access to documents, metadata, security models, and repository-specific features across heterogeneous ECM environments.

What are OpenDMA Adaptors?

OpenDMA defines a standardized API for accessing enterprise content repositories. OpenDMA Adaptors implement this API for specific ECM platforms.

By using OpenDMA Adaptors, applications can access content from multiple repositories through a consistent programming model while preserving repository-specific capabilities such as security, metadata, versioning, compound documents, and annotations.

This significantly reduces integration complexity and allows developers to focus on business functionality instead of proprietary ECM APIs.

Available Adaptors

  • Alfresco
  • IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD)
